Account Claiming and Verification

Claiming your NCEDCloud account gives you access to a variety of educational tools and resources offered by your institution. This includes features that enhance learning and teaching experiences.

For Students:

Once you claim your account, you can access learning materials, submit assignments, check grades, and track attendance.

For Teachers:

Claiming an account allows you to manage student profiles, assign and grade work, and monitor your students’ progress.

For Parents:

With an account, you can monitor your child’s educational progress in real-time.


Note for New Users:

New employees and students from grades 6-12 can easily claim their NCEDCloud IAM Service accounts by visiting the official website. Please note, students from grades K-2 are not eligible to claim accounts. Teachers can share login details with their students via the “My Students” view tab, and employees with privileged roles can do the same.


How to Claim Your NCEDCloud Account:

  1. Visit the NCEDCloud website: Open your web browser and go to my.ncedcloud.org.
  2. Claim Your Account: Click on the “Claim My Account” option.
  3. Select Your Policy: From the “Claim Policy” drop-down menu, choose the appropriate policy (e.g., LEA Employee, LEA Student, Parent/Guardian).
  4. Enter Your Information: Provide your personal information for identity verification, such as your UID number, date of birth, and school code.
  5. Complete reCAPTCHA Verification: Check the “I’m not a robot” box and proceed by clicking on “Next.”
